Let us help you get out of the doldrums of winter by joining our training runs for the Minneapolis Marathon and Half Marathon! Any runner signed up for the Minneapolis Marathon or Half will be able to participate in the training free! Because Team Ortho Foundation wants you to do your very best on race day, we put together Saturday training runs along the marathon course, fully supported with water, sports drink and gel.

By taking part in these training sessions, you'll be prepared for the course both physically and mentally when the race comes around on June 6th! To know what to expect, follow along with our Marathon Training Chart.
Minneapolis Marathon Training
When: February 20th (and each Saturday until marathon weekend)
Time: 8:00am
Where: West River Pkwy & Portland (Near the Stone Arch Bridge) Click here for directions

Minneapolis Half Marathon Training
